Dio is an authentic and engaging facilitator. He established community guidelines for the workshop, explained the importance of self-reflection, reviewed DEI issues in artistic critique, and shared strategies for effective communication and feedback between faculty and diverse students.

The couple conducting the seminar was awesome. These sessions have been an opportunity for team members to connect with each other, learn about important LGBTQIA+ topics, and open up in ways I haven't seen before in corporate spaces. Thank you Social Responsibility Team for putting together an amazing virtual experience for all of us; it truly makes me proud to witness these conversations happening at Snap.

Dio Aldridge and Kristen Surla are the perfect combination of professional and personable. They led a dynamic, engaging workshop that allowed staff to gain a better understanding of some of the issues that staff of color and LGBTQIA+ staff face in the world and at work. They then offered actionable tips that anyone could use in the workplace to help improve the environment for LGBTQIA+ staff, especially with regards to pronoun usage and misgendering in the workplace. I was very impressed with the presentation, which felt like a short two hours together! Highly recommend this workshop.

Dio was such an incredible facilitator! As he led us through the session, he modeled the vulnerability, compassion, and curiosity needed to engage in meaningful dialogue around gender identity and inclusion.
