Organizations across industries have trusted Chosen Collective to lead real conversations, facilitate transformative learning, and build spaces where people actually feel seen. From government agencies and universities to tech companies and nonprofits — our work shows up in the room. And so do the people who experienced it. Here's what they had to say.
Dio executes perfectly in finding the meaningful intersectionality while incorporating his own lived experiences in a thoughtful way that infuses his passion, enthusiasm, wit/humor and vast knowledge of the space.

It was very clear very quickly that our consultants are knowledgeable and VERY passionate about their subject. Time is very well spent.

This workshop was one of the most engaging and dynamic virtual spaces I have been in. Both facilitators were excellent at responding to questions and taking the (very large) group with them on this exploration of gender and identity. The anecdotes, examples, and history tidbits used were tangible and effective at building a foundational understanding of the history of trans and gender expansive folks in a way that can be applied in everyday life beyond work.

"Walked into the session, not really knowing what to expect, and was a bit on the fence given the amount of work we all have during the day. 100% worth my time and so happy I joined. Learned a number of new things about Dr. King Jr., had a chance to share, hear other people's thoughts through the chat, and a great session overall. Completely recommend."

The couple conducting the seminar was awesome. These sessions have been an opportunity for team members to connect with each other, learn about important LGBTQIA+ topics, and open up in ways I haven't seen before in corporate spaces. Thank you Social Responsibility Team for putting together an amazing virtual experience for all of us; it truly makes me proud to witness these conversations happening at Snap."

Seneca Family of Agencies has been providing unconditional care to children and families for over 40 years, since its founding in 1985. What they do is not surface-level work. They go deep — behavioral health, education, foster care, family placement, crisis stabilization. All of it under one roof. Their core philosophy is simple: meet kids and families where they are, no matter how serious the challenges. That commitment shows in the numbers. Over 25,000 children and families are served through more than 200 programs across California and Washington every single year. They also run the Todo Por Mi Familia program for families separated at the U.S.-Mexico border, which most organizations don't touch.

"Dio Aldridge and Kristen Surla are the perfect combination of professional and personable. They led a dynamic, engaging workshop that allowed staff to gain a better understanding of some of the issues that staff of color and LGBTQIA+ staff face in the world and at work. They then offered actionable tips that anyone could use in the workplace to help improve the environment for LGBTQIA+ staff, especially with regards to pronoun usage and misgendering in the workplace. I was very impressed with the presentation, which felt like a short two hours together! Highly recommend this workshop."

"I would like to thank you for the workshop you did with us in the Art Department at CSB/SJU. It was very helpful. Previous speakers at CSB/SJU have been insightful, but often in a more introductory way that was intended more for students. I think you addressed the particular needs of our faculty and staff really well. " "Dio is phenomenal. I found him engaging and insightful. I gained more nuanced tools to help me adjust and grow. Community Guidelines & Workshop (Critique) set up. I also gained specific ways (formats. templates, ways of thinking) to engage students (and keep myself engaged) in reflecting about identity, blindspots, values, and strengths "

"I loved learning about different ways that I can implement racial and gender inclusion as a veterinarian and as a person. Your presentation was super helpful and informative and I will absolutely use all of your tips in the future so thank you very much"
